8. Deposits and withdrawals

13.2 In the event of minor Terms of Service violations, we may take the following actions: a. Immediately or indefinitely ban chat access
b. Account suspension for a set period of time or indefinitely
c. Account termination.
d. Asset confiscation and account closure in the event of a serious violation
13.3 The evaluation of the breach's severity rests solely with the Sure2.Win Administration, and customers agree to unconditionally accept and refrain from challenging the company's decisions in court.
13.4 When an account is closed, the prior owner of the account is permanently barred from using the service. The duration of account suspension is irrevocable; therefore, the limitation cannot be lifted early on a suspended account.
14. Force Majeure
