Why can't I play a certain game?

It is very likely that this is because we are not able to provide certain games to the country you are visiting from. Some of our most restricted markets are the USA and Europe (some countries more than others), other countries tend to allow most games. Japan, Canada and Brazil are some of our least restricted markets.

If you are using a VPN (such as UrbanVPN), make sure to switch it off if it is in one of the more restricted markets.
