Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Sure2.Win Affiliate Program and must be read by all Partners in order to participate in the Program.

Definitions:

Casino - An internet site that provides entertainment services through the use of gambling software.

Affiliate - Member, and partner of the Sure2.Win Affiliate Program who accepts the terms and conditions and promotes Sure2.Win Casino online or offline. A natural or legal person must register with the website and create an account in order to become an affiliate.

Affiliate Program - A special program run by Sure2.Win owners with the goal of attracting new members to our casino through marketing and affiliate patterns.

Players - Users who were invited to Sure2.Win website via referral links or other affiliate instruments and registered for a personal account and deposited the smallest amount of money possible.

Earnings - Any type of revenue earned by Affiliates as a result of money deposited by Sure2.Win players.

Payout - Transaction in which money is transferred from an Affiliate's Sure2.Win account to a personal wallet or card in any external payment system.

Accounting Period - Time period set by Sure2.Win to estimate total Earnings of Players. The time period is linked to the current calendar month.

Promotional Materials - All tools provided by the casino to players with the goal of attracting new players. These include banners, text links, and promotional pages, among other things.

Terms of work

Basic conditions, Affiliates’ accounts, and security procedures

1. By accepting this agreement, an Affiliate confirms that he or she has thoroughly read all of the rules and recommendations contained in the current Terms and Conditions of the Agreement.

2. Affiliate confirms that he or she is over the age of 18 by accepting the provided terms and conditions.

4. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to ensure that they stay up to date with our rules and abide by our Streamers guidelines.

5. Affiliate agrees to review the current Rules and any changes to the Rules. It is the Affiliate's responsibility to ensure that he or she has the most recent version of the Rules. If any of the terms of the Agreement are unacceptable to Partner, he or she may terminate the Agreement. If Partner continues to work under the current Rules, he or she confirms full acceptance of the Agreement.

6. Sure2.Win Affiliate Program reserves the right to refuse collaboration with any Affiliate without providing additional explanations or evidence.

7. Sure2.Win Affiliate Program follows the Last Cookie Wins rule. It means that in order to earn Profits from the Player's deposits, the Partner's referral link must be the last one used by the Player to register with the Casino.

8. It is strictly forbidden to sell or transfer accounts to third parties without first informing Affiliate Program administrators of such intentions.

Sources of traffic and common limitations

1. Sure2.Win Affiliate Program reserves the right to request information about an Affiliate's traffic sources. If the Affiliate is unable to provide information about traffic sources for any reason, the Affiliate Program administrators have the right to suspend payouts and freeze any money transfers in the Affiliate's account. If the traffic source is a website, the Affiliate must specify the URL; if the traffic source is any type of arbitrage traffic, screenshots of personal accounts in the advertising system are required; and if email traffic is the primary source, the Affiliate must add affiliate@sure2win to the mailing list. Correct links are required for social network advertisements, mobile and web apps, and any other advertisements.

2. Spam mailing and spam advertising are strictly prohibited in the Sure2.win Affiliate Program. If spam advertisements are discovered, Affiliate Program administration reserves the right to close the Partner's account, preventing the Partner from ordering payments from the money earned and stored in the account.

3. Sure2.Win Affiliate Program allows Partners to send emails to players using email databases that they have created. In this case, a third party must organize the mailing, and the text of such emails must be sent to Sure2.Win Affiliate Program administration before they are approved and sent to Players.

4. If Partners wish to use Branded Traffic, they must first contact Affiliate Program administration to obtain approval for all conditions. Sure2.Win Affiliate Program reserves the right to freeze the account and suspend the partnership if partners are found to be using Brand Traffic and consciously concealing this fact from Affiliate Program administration.

6. Sure2.Win Affiliate Program strictly prohibits any type of motivated traffic. The Affiliate Program reserves the right to close the Partner's account without prior notice and without refunding any funds held on the Affiliate's account.

Commissions models and negative carryover

1. Revenue Share Plan: Partners, the dynamic Revshare commission model is the default option.(Commissions=NGR×Percentage) Net Gaming Revenue or “NGR” means all money received by Sure2.Win from new customers as placed bets, minus (a) winnings returned to New Customers, (b) issued bonuses, (c) administration fees, (d) fraudulent account activity.

• $0-5k a Month :35% NGR

• $5-10k a Month : 40% NGR

• $10-20k a Month : 45% NGR

• $20k+ a Month: 50% NGR

• Launch booster: 40% NGR for your first 3 months.

2. House Edge Plan: Sure2.Win pays 10% commission on House Edge for slots, Casino, & Sports Bets for every bet your players make, win or lose. Sure2.Win pays House Edge commission for life.

3. If a Partner wishes to change the commission program, he or she must contact the Affiliate Program administration.

4. Currently, Sure2.Win does not offer any CPA/CPL deals.

5. If an invited Player wins money during a reporting period, causing a loss to the Casino, the Affiliate does not receive any Earnings from such player, and their Earnings from this Player are nulled.

6. Any negative balance in Affiliate's account cannot be carried forward to the next reporting period. If Partner has a negative balance at the end of the reporting period, it is reset to zero at the start of the next reporting period; the negative value is not applied after the end of the reporting period. Sure2.win Affiliate Program does not cover any financial risks that Partners may face by participating in the Affiliate Program.

Promotional items

1. Sure2.Win Affiliate Program offers promotional materials such as graphic banners, text links, and advertisement copy (needs to be agreed upon beforehand). Any information on our Casino's web pages may be used as promotional material, but it must be unique - duplicating text is prohibited. Sure2.Win Affiliate Program reserves the right to terminate cooperation with the Partner if any instances of duplicating text from our Casino's website are discovered. Copying materials as is may also result in the Partner's traffic being treated as Branded Traffic.

2. It is strictly banned to use Sure2.Win Affiliate Program promotion materials such as text reviews, referral links, graphic banners, video clips, layout elements, logos, and so on to promote any other projects that are not part of the Sure2.Win Affiliate Program. If such cases are revealed, the Partner's account may be blocked without prior notice and without payment of the money stored on the account.

3.Sure2.Win Affiliate Program administration may request that Affiliates present only accurate info about the Casino in their text, review, and graphic promotional materials. If the administration discovers that false information was published in promotional materials, the partnership with Partner may be terminated.

4. The administration of the Sure2.Win Affiliate Program may require the renewal of information in text, reviews, and graphic materials such as logos, banners, links, and more. If a Partner refuses to update the information, cooperation with that Partner may be suspended, and payouts may be delayed until the update occurs.

5. Streaming partners are required to include a Sure2.Win QR code in their stream. Streamers can make a QR code themselves or request one from our Affiliate Program administration.

Cases of rule violations, fraud, and scams

1. Sure2.Win Affiliate Program does not allow its Partners to create their own casino accounts using their referral links. Any violators of this rule will have their Partner's Affiliate Program and Casino accounts blocked with no refund of the money stored on both accounts. Those in close relationships with him or her are also not permitted to register with the Casino using Affiliate's referral link.

2. Any Affiliate earnings from fraudulent Player activities may be deducted from the Affiliate's account. The money will be taken as soon as the fraudulent behavior is detected by Sure2.Win Affiliate Program administration. This rule has no time limitations.

3. Sure2.Win Affiliate Program does not remunerate Partners if they bring in fake players to the casino. Fake Players are defined as Players with multiple accounts, members of Affiliate’s family or close contacts, and other fake accounts. If Sure2.Win Affiliate Program administration discovers such behavior, the involved Partner’s income will be recalculated under the RevShare program model. Additional checks can and will be conducted if Sure2.Win Affiliate Program administrators detect an unusually high percentage of Players who leave our Casino after CPA qualifications are complete.

4. Sure2.Win Affiliate Program reserves the right to terminate any Partner's agreement with written notice in the following circumstances:

• False statements and incorrect presentation of the Affiliate Program and/or its projects.

• Insults directed at Casino or Affiliate Program administration or support staff.

In such cases, the admins of Sure2.Win Affiliate Program may provide any evidence of the actions that may result in the termination of the Agreement.

Wrong presentation is an action that involves information manipulation but is not supported by evidence such as links or screenshots.

Insults to Affiliate Program and/or Casino support workers are any texts containing offensive words or any direct or indirect insults to people working for the Affiliate Program and/or Casino.

5. Any manipulations with the traffic sources provided to Sure2.Win Affiliate Program are considered fraudulent behavior and will result in the suspension of our cooperation with said Partner.

6. If there are any grounds to investigate an Affiliate's account for possible fraud or a violation of the Rules, Affiliate Program administration may block the Partner's account and suspend all payouts during the investigation period. If the inspection reveals that the Partner has violated the Rules, Sure2.Win Affiliate Program terminates the Agreement and will not pay out the money that has been stored in the Partner's account.

7. If the Partner has evidence proving his or her innocence, they should present it to the Affiliate Program administration. The Sure2.Win Affiliate Program administration is willing to consider all evidence and arguments in order to uncover the truth for any case. The final decision of the Sure2.Win Affiliate Program administration is not subject to appeal.

Terms of Affiliate Payouts and Procedures

1. Sure2.Win pays out partner affiliates once a month.

2. Earnings include affiliate commissions for referring players to the casino. Earnings include a percentage of the casino's NGR. Partners are free to select the Affiliate Program that best suits their needs.

3. It can take us up to 5 working days after the end of a reporting period to calculate the earnings for our affiliates.

4. The lowest amount of money that can be transferred using electronic payment methods for payouts is $200 USD. The minimum payment for bank wire transfers is $1,000 USD.

5. If Partners need to amend their payment and banking details, they must do so no later than three days before the end of the reporting month. Otherwise, the modifications will not be implemented.

6. If a Partner's invited Players engage in suspicious behavior, the Sure2.Win Affiliate Program administration may postpone payouts. This delay can last as long as the investigation of suspicious traffic sources.

7. Sure2.Win Affiliate Program pledges to pay lifetime commissions according to the chosen model of cooperation to Partners unless he or she violates the Rules or causes reputational harm to the Affiliate Program and/or its projects.
