Streaming Partner Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to Sure2.Win Streaming Partner Program and must be read by all Partners in order to participate in the Program.

Introduction

1. These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") set forth the terms of the wager requirement deal between Sure2.Win (the "Casino") and Streaming Partner (the "Streamer"). By accepting these terms and conditions, the Streamer agrees to promote the Casino on their streaming channel, subject to the wager requirements set forth below.

Promotion Requirements

1. The Streamer agrees to promote the Casino on their streaming channel by playing games on the platform and highlighting the Casino's features and promotions. In exchange for this promotion, the Casino agrees to compensate the Streamer according to the wager requirements set forth in this Agreement. If the Streamer misrepresents themselves, i.e. fake followers or viewers, the casino reserves the right to terminate the partnership immediately and deny any payouts.

Wager Requirement

1. In order to be eligible for compensation under this Agreement, the Streamer must meet the aggreged minimum wager requirement. The Streamer must achieve this wagering requirement with the funds provided on a per top-up basis. The Streamer may not participate in bonus hunts on the casino to achieve wager requirements. Any wagers made before or after this period will not count towards the wagering requirement.

Compensation

1. When the Streamer fulfills the wagering requirement, the Casino will compensate the Streamer with the agreed amount upon completion of the wagering requirement. The compensation will be paid out within one month of the Streamer meeting the wagering requirement. The compensation amount is subject to change at the discretion of the Casino.

Streamer Obligations

1. The Streamer must comply with all streaming platform rules and regulations during the promotional period. The Streamer must not disclose their deal with the Casino to their viewers.

Term and Termination

1. This Agreement will remain in effect for the duration of the promotional period. The Casino reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if the Streamer violates any of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

1. The Streamer acknowledges and agrees that the Casino is not responsible for any losses incurred by the Streamer or their viewers while playing games on the Casino's platform.

Entire Agreement

1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Casino and the Streamer and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

Amendments

1. The Casino reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to the Streamer. The Streamer's continued participation in the promotion after any amendment constitutes their acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.
